Is there any free Internet in Belgium ( such as free Internet in Libraries ) ? Is there any free sms websites to Belgium Mobile networks ?

There are indeed free internet sites in libraries in various Belgian cities. However to use them you must be a resident with a valid library card. However if you want to call all over the world you will find various cyber cafés renting computers on the one side and having phone booths on the other. Rates are extremely cheap : f.ex. 1 Euro to 1.5 Euro for a ten minutes call to the American Continent.

Yes in some Libraries like here in Antwerp there's one hour a day free Internet but booking 1 day a head is advisable because of the big demand.
