Telecommunication in Netherlands?

Is there any free Internet in Netherlands ( such as free Internet in Libraries ) ? Is there any free sms websites to Netherlands Mobile networks ?

There's no free Internet where you can use a pc that I'm aware of, although I do think there's several wireless networks to log on to but I don't know if they're free or how to get on them, although I believe McDonalds offers free wireless access and some coffeeshops do too. In public libraries there's usually more than enough internet pc's available but they charge I think it's €0,70 per 15 minutes or something like that...

There's a bunch of sites that offer free sms but they're not really free I think and apparently some claim to be free but send you a bill later anyway... I did a quick google and immediately got sent a trojan...

Providers often offer free sms to their clients. You can log in on the website of the provider with your mobile phone number and send a certain amount of free text messages per week.
