I pretty sure i saw a korean channel in english before in cable, but is probably in one those mega cable package able to find one, or international ask cable company for more info.

    this site has ALOT of Asian dramas and comedys, including Korean, it also has anime and manga--best of all: its FREE!!
    though i do suggest signing up (it will still be free) just to be rid of the popups.
