Cystic acne and foundation?

Question

I've tried tons of foundations. Everything from the cheap stuff to the high end mineral foundations. Right now I've got 2 $30 foundations that I can't use, because they break me out too. I wash my face with good stuff, and use nice acne creams. Anytime I use foundation my skin breaks out! Has anyone found anything that works good? With good coverage?

Additional Details

I can't use and type of powder. Not even the mineral powders. Max Factor panstick doesn't break my skin out as bad as those powders do.

are you normally oily or dry? do you want a liquid, powder, cream? what kind of finish- matte or dewy? what kind of coverage- light, medium, or full?

i have worked at merle norman and sold avon for years. i have seen girls and women get cystic acne from bare minerals and mac.. so bad that they could not wear makeup for 4 months or more, and had to get steroid and antibiotic presscriptions from a dermatologist.

what are you looking for in a foundation?
