How can I make a USB Security Access Key for my Toshiba Satellite 1105?

I purchased a Toshiba Satellite 1105 laptop from Good Will Community Foundation a few months ago and it has a power on and BIOS password. I have tried the Parallel dongle and it doesn't work. There is a USB key that will reset the password but it is $100 and that is more than the laptop is worth to me. Is there any way i can make this USB security access key? Thanks in advance.

I came across a website that references some software that you may be able to use. Another suggestion was looking online to see if there is a new version of the bios available that you can use to flash it. Anyhow, this site looks like it has some good info. Obviously with a laptop it gets difficult to look at jumpers and what not, but the bios flash or one of the software options might help.
