I do not have any personal experience in this area but there are legit companies that offer personal loans for people with bad credit, whether they are licensed in your state I do not know.

The two I am familiar with are American General Finance, part of the AIG group, and Beneficial, part of the HSBC group. Each of these companies offer online personal loans as well as local branch offices.

I would not recommend it, but if you are in a pinch for fast cash there should be a cash advance business in your area such as check and go. With these services you borrow a small amount until next payday, or the next few paydays.

There are 2 types of personal loans – secured personal loans and unsecured personal loans. Secured personal loans require you to pledge any of your assets like you house to the lender as collateral. Many people choose this type of loan due to many benefits like lower interest rates, long repayment time and easy terms and conditions. But your asset is under threat if you cannot make timely payments. Your asset can be taken over by the lender and thus you lose the possession of it.

People with poor credit feel that it is difficult to get personal loans. However, there are many financial companies and banks that provide loans to bad credit applicants. Bad credit personal loans are generally sought<!--by persons who want to consolidate their loans. Some banks prefer to provide loans in an incremental order. First time customers are given loans ranging from $200 to $500, depending on their net income. You can get more about personal loans here,

These customers can later apply for loans up to $1,500. Loans of greater amounts can be fetched through secured personal loans. These loans are passed by taking your property or home as collateral-->The interest rates on secured loans are lower than unsecured loans. However, there is always the risk of losing your house or property if the loan is not repaid.

There is a great place to go with this. I was in a very similar situation.

This is getting help from real people without the use of banks or credit card companies. Good Luck!

There are plenty of places that offer loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.

Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.
