Muslims, If a spirit comes to you and teaches against the word of God (scripture)?
Should you believe the spirit and deny the written word of God?
Gal.1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Additional Details
Caz The Bible is the word of God not the words of any man...I'm curious as ot how Muhamamd speaks for God when he disagrees with the word and the prophets of God? We have in the bbile the words of God through Moses and they also say that a prophet must agree with the word of God and the prohets of God...Seems all of God's true prophets believe in trusting God's words more than a spirit that disagrees with God.

Glad you asked about Moses Read Genesis chapter one. Let US create man in OUR image.
Chapter two demonstrates how man is created in God's image.
Man is formed from the dust (flesh)
God breathed in life(spirit)
and man became a living soul
Man was made above the animals more than flesh but with and eternal spirit and is a living soul.
Flesh, spirit and soul one man in the image of one God who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Read also the story of man's fall and the two trees in the midst of the garden.
What do you supose is this tree of life that if a man eats of it he lives forever?
The tree of knowledge of good and evil is God righteousnes his law,
The tree of life is God's mercy salvation through Jesus Christ.
Yes Moses was in agreement with the trinity. What do you supose was this manna that fell from heaven?

John 4:
1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

1 John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
Anyone who claims to be a prophet of God must agree Jesus is the Christ the Son of God who is our savior.
2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist
Gal. 1: 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
If an angel or a man preach a different gospel he is not of God.

Jesus is God in the flesh it is by decree of God that the flesh be in submission to the spirit and Christ was in submission to his father. Jesus would ask all Muslims the same as he asked this man.
Why call me good there is none good but God. Why does the Qu'ran teach that Christ was perfect and holy and without sin?
Jesus was without sin the scriptures do demonstrate this fact and it clearly demonstrates who he is.

If Adam is created in the image of God more than flesh why would you question that
God himself is more than one part?
The dogs are made mere felsh and perish with their flesh back tot eh dust they came from. It is that God added to man a spirit that makes man above the animals and in the likeness of God who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit and is ONE God.

Yes my friend many can become sons of God but only one is the only begotten Son of God.

Many places in Psalms refer to Christ.
Psalms 22 refers to the crucifiction. It reads almost identical to Luke.

The Isa of Islam is not the Messiah that Isaiah prophesied nor the Jesus who agreed with this prophesy.
Jesus said: "For I tell you that this scripture must be fulfilled in me, ‘And he was reckoned with transgressors’; for what is written about me has its fulfilment" (Luke 22:37, RSV). The quoted verse is Isaiah 53:12.
Jesus agreed with the prohesies of Isaiah 53 which predates him and we have written record of it from 250 BC..Jesus was in agreement with the prophets before him and did fufill the prohesies of Isaiah which foretold of him as Savior who would atone for sin with his life.
Isaiah 800 years before Christ made prophesies of the coming Messiah that he owuld be a savior and atone for the sins of his people wiht his blood. Christ did teach from Isaih and referenced Isaiah 53 as the prophesy he must fufill.

Begin to seek God in spirit not in flesh and see what God can say to you that is beyond your flesh and your physical eyes and ears. Adam was flesh to the spiritual Jesus. Through Adam came sin and death through Christ salvation and eternal life.
God made man in this image first flesh then spirit.
Adam flesh Christ spirit this pattern is repeated throughout the word of God.
Esua and Jacob.
Abel and Cain.
the two trees in the garden
mans creation first flesh then spirit.
The Bible teaches the first will serve the latter.
We should put our flesh in submission to the spirit .
First came the law than salvation through Christ.
the first covenant was a physical example of the the second the fiorst flesh then the spirit,
This is also mans creation in the image of God the trinity
First the flesh then the spirit.
We no longe rworship God with our flesh but seek his greater truth in spirit.
It is not by the wisdom of our flesh we know God but through the spirit God reveals the

greater truth. I pray some day you might know God in spirit. It is the compfrter that Chrsit did send that does reveal his truth the Holy Spirit.

Sir Islam agrees wiht the names of the prophets and denies the words of the prophets, read the words of Moses and Isaiah and Chrsit himself, and know that the Qu'ran loves the names of these but disregards their truth.

First the clay bird is not scriptural.
I have no real problem with it but the Christ thatw as ot come was to come for a specific reason and it was the salvation of God's people. Jesus is the lamb of god refered to by Abrham and Isaiah and John the Baptist the lamb was slain beofre the foundation fo the world. Abraham said the lord would provide himself a lamb.
Isaiah said the Messiah would be a lamb of God and atone for sin.
John the Baptist said behold the Lamb of God.
Jesus agreed with these prophsies and
was the sacrifice that God intended from before the creation fo the world the tree of life that Moses spoke of.

Ahmad the word of God was available to Muhamamd and taught that Jesus is the Son of God. Gabriel tells Mary thats he is to give birth to the Son of God.
Muhamamd speaks with a spirit thats says it is Gabriel and teaches Jesus is not the Son of God. Muhammad follows the teachings of the spirit that disagreed with the word of God. the Bible is clear if a spirit teaches different from the word of God that spirit is not from God. Now if a spirit taches different form the Qu'ran a Muslim should do as their prophet and follow a spirit that disagrees with their Qu'ran.

hampeh my question is nto long I had a long dialog with your Muslim brother.
paul did not disagree with any word of God. the word of God and all of his true prophets are in agreement. Moses said a prophet must be in agreement with God's word and his prophets, Muhammad was not and was not a prophet of God.

My friend Ismael Jesus surely taught God is one as did Moses as do Christians. Muhamamd does misinterpret the teachings of the trinity.
An all knowing God would not mistake the doctrine of the trinity.

Ismael Jesus did inquire of mann like yourself who did not know he was God as to why this man referred to him as good? he would ask the same of Muhamamd who refered to Christ as sinless in your Qu'ran.

MYGH, definitely not angry I always appreciate the answers I receive and I thank you for your answers and taking the time to answer my question. Seems to me you are under the misconception that the Bible is somehow different than it was in the day of Muhammad. Many Muslims have been taught this apparently by other Muslims the Qu'ran does not teach this and actually says God's word can not be changed. This is one of the true statements in the Qu'ran.
The oldest known copy of the Bible (complete Bible) in the world is the Codex Sinaiticus, dating from the 3rd or 4th century A.D. It is the true word of God that we have today and clearly was available to Muhammad who chose to believe a spirit that disagreed with God rather than the word of God. The Bible thatw as avaialable to Muhammad teaches to test a spirit they are not all from God. A prophet of God would have known the truth that a spirit otr aprophet must be in agreement with God's word and the prophets of God.
