no cause its cute if u make it look modern and styish with ur clothes and stuff. but if u put tooo too much then it might look a little slutty.so if u make a shodowy eye u can pu like darkish blue and like blakc with mascara and eyeliner but make sure its not to heavy make sure its light and simple.

no i wouldnt call someone slutty just because of their eyeshadow however i do think that light blue eyeshadow can look a bit tacky and dated whereas dark/navy blue can look well if applied correctly

If it's a lot of shadow and during the day...maybe. It still depends on what your wearing. At night a smokey eye can look gorgeous! I would try some bronze shadow on your eye lids. It looks natural and fabulous!

no blue shadow isnt slutty. some sshades can look tacky like the really light blue but if you have other shades of blue in there too it will look good.

no, it depends on how you put it on...ill show you the wrong way and the right way to put it on, and it goes best with blue eyes.

no...not rlly...if u put it on rlly light, or if u have a rlly light blue, then its rlly not so bad...but if its like a turquuoisey blue, and u pile it on..then...i dunno...it looks tacky and very out of style.

it depends on the blue color..
some of the blues look sorta trashy, and they look like too much.
and if all you use is blue and dont use different shades with it, like grey or dark blue. then its gunna look dumb.


try going for the smokey eye but in blue tones, i think that would look classy/pretty.

not necessarily. it just isn't really that flattering. it's loud. natural toned eyeshadows, like brown, are a better choice, in general.

it all depends on how you wear it. Turqoius colors can look a little much, but smokey colors like midnight blue can be really pretty. just make sure not to put it like all the way up to your eyebrow like some people do.. If its blended well, it can look really good

If you pile it on yess. Sometimes it looks really nice like with green eyes. I'm tan so I shouldn't wear blue anyway but I wear a little and mix it with other colors so it doesn't look so harsh.

no, if you have brown or hazel eyes. on blue eyes it looks silly and dulling, but i wouldnt go as far as slutty. just make sure you pick the right shade for your eye color and skin tone.
