Rampardos - Stone Edge is nice. Avalanche is a surprise, and since Rampardos is slow slow, having it always hit last wont hurt him too much. Rock Climb and Zen Headbutt are good moves as well. You've picked very good moves for him! You'll need to be warry of his Defenses, however. Rampardos has AMAZING attack, but the rest of his stats are just god awful. He'll be one-hit-killed frequently, and he holds a lot of diverse moves so this could be bad news for the rest of your team.
Garchomp - Dragon Rush is a good move. If you don't like the poor accuracy, substitute it with Dragon Claw. It's only a little bit weaker, but 100% accurate. The rest of the moves are good as well, but Garchomp can do better than Dig and Slash. Put an Earthquake on this guy. He doesn't really need to hide for a turn, and EQ is more powerful. I would replace Slash with Crunch as well. It will cover a lot more types. Swords Dance is another good alternative option. It will about double his attack power, making him down right leathal.
Torterra - Looks good! You've already got ground kinda covered with Garchomp, but Torterra is still a good poke. All the moves you've got up there are very good! A recovery move, a STAB move. He looks excellent.
Gyarados - You did a good job with this guy too. Bravo! Since this guys got superior Attack to his Sp.Attack, i'd switch Surf for Waterfall, since it's pretty much the physical version of Surf. Brine isn't something i'd think of putingon there, but i think it works. It'd certainly surprise anyone who thinks they'll be able to last just one more hit.
Luxray - Not a big fan of this guy. He's got a really limited movepool and there are more varied electric types out there. But regardless, he looks okay. Thats an awful lot of electric type moves on him though. Maybe you'll want to look into breeding one with Ice Fang or Fire Fang? Ice fang would certainly help against his Ground type weakness.
Since all of your pokemon rely on the Attack stat, it might be a good idea to switch this guy out for another electric type that works in Sp.Attack? Ampharos would be good, he can learn more moves than Luxray.
Honchcrow - This guys a good pokemon. He's got great typing. I would get rid of those HMs. If this is your ingame team, then it's fine, but if your going to be battling in the Battle Tower, on Wifi, or competitivly, you're going to want to give him better moves. Roost would be a good move for him. Ariel Ace would also be nice, since it never misses AND gets STAB. Giga Impact is kinda risky...
Overall, a good looking team. It's a bit too offensive for my taste. You should probably look into a defensive pokemon or two. You'd be suprised how much damage a pokemon like Skarmory, Blissey, or Milotic will do. But if it works for you, then keep it. These are just suggestions :)
