yea it means u tore your muscle and it will rebuild itself. wen u work out u wear out your muscles and tear it up. thats wen ur body uses protein to fill in the gaps. so thats wat getting ripped is all about

    No it does not. If you do not feed your body, it won't grow. So you can tear all you want, but it won't rebuild stronger without the proper nutrition.
