Well, Tylenol #3 has Codeine in it and hydrocodone is like a cousin to codeine. The Tylenol #3 are actually stronger. Hope I helped you with your question.

hydrocodone is like a pain killer they prescribe to you after like a surgery or something i must say it was very effective after my knee surgery...ive never taken tylenol 3 but i am guessing id go with the prescription being stronger

The Hydrocodone is stronger than Tylenol #3. It is stronger by far!

Well Tylenol 3 has Codeine in it and Hydrocodone is generic for Vicodin so it depends which one of them works best for you. Alot of people have problems with Codeine and nausea.
