Let me state first of all, I think that sort of loan should be used only in DIRE EMERGENCY only. Be careful with it, too.
I wouldn't be able to tell you factually because I've never done it. But, online businesses have the advantage of no brick-and-mortar buildings and overhead, which allows them to undercut competitors when it comes to costs. So, intuitively, I would say the online source should be able to offer you a better deal. You never know though, they are a predatory business, so they will probably try to squeeze every cent from you possible.
If I were you and it were absolutely necessary, I would actually compare the fees and costs. It wouldn't take very long to check out a website and make a call to your local store.
Generally the local retailers run $15.00 per hundred bororrowed, and the online ones run 20 - 30 per hundred, be real careful. And do not do it unless you absolutely have to. They are hard to get out of once you get started.
