Is it possible to jump higher?

I want to toch the rim in 8 months but I cant, I am 14 years old, 5'8 and 130 punds... I can touch 1 inch on the board... I want to jump about 12 more inches in 8 months so that when I turn 15 i will be able to touch the rim or even dunk, but I dont really think it's possible... my classmate about my height but heavier cant jump so high and can almost touch the rim. I want to jump higher, there are some exercises I do like 100 jumping jacks a day, 100 crunches and 2 plyometrics exercieses (10 times each) that I found in the internet, can you suggest something that can help me jump higher??? like add more excercises... btw i cant do jogging cuz i go to school and i have no where to run... thanks for those who will help

first of all don't listen to jay cause air alert is $%*^. unless you have a super bad vertical than it might work although you will have to sacrifice your knees since it has you doing over 100 reps a set. one good exercise you'll want to do is squating. trust me don't do air alert.
