Haha! What cheek! You made the guest take a drug test in your house!

Anyway, this answer is from another question, very similar:
"Ok, here is the deal, I actually worked in a testing facility. The truth is Adderall is a amphetamine and could be detected on a urinalysis. But, the good news for you is that it probably will not be detected in a "strip test". If you are not a habitual user, you are in good shape, this drug only stays in your system for approximately 24-48 hours depending on the dosage. Most people can only obtain 10 or 15 mg pills, so lets say you took two, you will be clean in 24-48 hours. Drink lots of cranberry juice, this will flush your kidneys. NEVER give up your first urine sample of the day, this is when the toxins are highest in you system. Good luck to you, hope this helps."

So, yes, probably, for the adderall.

And then, from another website forum thingy:
"concerta contains methylphenadate, the same ingredient as ritalin. Methylphenadate can cause false positives for amphetamines on standard drug tests, so if you have a scrip, I would bring it with you to account for the positive."

So, yes for concerta aswell.
Looks like your guest was clean then? (or, at least, could have been).
