Ugh, I get that too. It sucks. I'm on the pill though..so it might be a different reason for you. Try putting a little bit of lube, that seems to help like if you're walking around a lot. I know that when my va-jay-jay is dry it's even worse when I walk around. And about the mood swings..you can't stop having them. The best thing to do is take control over what happens, and try to bring down the intensity when you have them.

You don't mention your age, but your symptoms are similar to those of menopause or peri-menopause, and possibly caused by a drop in estrogen.
You can try oral soy isoflavone supplements to help with mood swings and hot flashes, and use a vaginal lubricant like KY to help with the dryness.

Check with your doctor for more advice. Without a proper checkup any advice you hear from us may not solve your problems.

your doc can give u some cream. this is usually because of a slight infecton but dont be alramed this happens to all of us. the cream will help with dryness and irritation and pervert or treat infection. the pharmacy will have things if u cant see a doc just a clerk or look in the section with the tampons and condoms.

You might try using a vaginal moisturizer. KY (the company that makes the KY Lubricant) makes 3 different varieties. They are supposed to last for up to 4 days. I would think that Wal-Mart or a drug store like Wal-Greens would have them. They should be in the feminine hygiene section, and the boxes are clearly marked as moisturizers, not lubricants. Of course, if you're sexually active, since you have this problem, you should use a lubricant too.

By the way, KY does offer samples of some of their products (not sure about these, though). To check, go to www.ky.com.

If the problem persists, you may need to see a gynecologist- you may need hormones or some other medication.

    Hope this helps.

You didn’t mention your age which was very important in this question. These all can be symptoms of menopause. I think you should take some test for the same. If this problem is really because of menopause then you can apply some lubricants over your vaginal skin. These lubricants actually moisturize your skin with Aloe, Elastin, Collagen and Vitamin E while providing gentle, non-irritating lubrication that stays in place. Because it moisturizes, it need not be washed off. You can collect some of the information about such creams from testcountry and also go through some study at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menopause

They sell this over the counter: K-Y Jelly. It will help. Now they have one that provides a gentle warming sensation and one that tingles. Make sure it's warmed up before you use it. Just hold it in your hands for a few minutes before you get started with foreplay.
