im taking the capsules, i want to loose a few pounds. Whats the right way to take this pills like when and what to take?

i have found that there are no "magic" pills to lose weight. except for maybe a prescription diet pill given to you by your dr. i am in weight watchers and have lost 20 lbs. it's a good program. they don't judge you there and they are so friendly. i really enjoy the meetings. i just got home from one and i lost 3.4 pounds this week. hang in there.

Ask the person that sold you the products that is their job. If they cant help you find someone to buy them from that can tell you the proper way to use them.
