Pot has it's medical uses, I too smoke weed, but use it more to help me sleep better, to stimulate appetite as being in severe chronic pain, I simply don't get hungry. It also works great for muscle spasms and nausea. As for pain, I don't know that it works that great for it, other than as a muscle relaxant or minor pain. I take Methadone for pain management, with Vicodin mixed in on the days I have breakthrough pain. I would think with Rhumatoid Arthritis, you would need to be taking something to control inflammation. You don't say if you do or not. The Fibromyagia may respond to Valerian. This will also help with pain. It can be purchased in the vitamin aisle. Chronic fatigue is a symptom of the Fibromyagia, if you can gain better quality of sleep, you may find your fatigue ease up. The Valerian will help you get that sleep. Good luck, hope you get to feeling better.
