No, not if it's just mild self-commentary, as opposed to screaming at yourself as you walk down the street.

Most people talk to themselves, at least a little bit.

It's when you start to answer yourself that you should begin to concern yourself about mental illness.

no, if it is then alot of the world is messed up. people talk to themselves when they need to unwind. i know i find myself talking to myself when im really upset.. or to my cat. its how i work out hard problems.

have you ever had a logic problem stuck in your head and found yourself speaking out the awnser?

i talk to myself all the time, sometimes i even answer myself. people who have mental illnes that are talking to themselves actually believe that they are talking to someone else who you don't see but they hear. like voices in their head and can be very delusional. so if you are just talking to yourself and know that it is just yourself that you are talking to then you are fine. hope that this helps

Not necessarily, my Doctor told me when I get depressed to talk to myself in the mirror. Its healthy, who better to talk with then yourself, some one that knows you better then anyone, YOU! Now if you walk along the street, you could be misunderstood to be ill.

no it is not everybody does these some other things you have to do unknowingly too to be mentally ill. Someone ones said that if your looking out if your mentally ill your not but if you don't you probably are. - You probably arn't

Anyway, I have an imanary friend to talk 2 so i'm not taking my anger out on everyone. I doubt im crazy
