My toddler has Eczema what can I do to make it go away?

My 2 year old has Eczema bad and the doctors are no help. What can I give him to ease his pain. I have tried almost anything. I live in Houston if any of you know of a good specialist.

I use emu oil and soap . It's not pricy and seems to clear it up.
I use Just Plain farm fresh soap

and then apply the oil after my bath

What's nice about emu oil is you can mix it into whatever lotion you are using . It's good for sunburn and lots of other things. The soap isn't too pricy and a bar should last a single person a month.
Stay away from hot water use luke warm and a soft washcloth no scrubbing or harsh products .
I might consider having a scratch test done by an allergist or seeing a dermatologist

take him to a doctor, I have excema as an adult and it sucks, I cant imagine having it as a child it must be painful and umcomfotable. And it could spread, so go to a doctor and get a perscribed cream.
