What should the dilantin level be for someone taking dilantin?

My first Dr. said 10 and now my new Dr. just said 14 is low.

According to the Prentice Hall Nurse's Drug Guide 2007, normal therapeutic levels for Dilantin are 10 - 20 mcg/mL. Toxicity is from 30 - 50 mcg/mL. Lethal level is 100 mcg/mL or more.

Thanks I got confused when the Dr.s said diffirent things.Now I know what I'm talking about when I ask him next time I go.
