Will herbalife shapeworks capsules work without the herbalife formula's (milkshakes)?

HI... Im currently taking herbalife cellactivator and cell-u-loss but am i wasting my time as i am not using their milkshakes or any other formula that i know they say you have to take as well. I want to diet my own way but i also want a bit of help to speed it up or to help me with the cellulite that i have trouble shifing when i diet. An Honest opinion without trying to sell your own product would be much appreciated. Also out curiousity if i didn't diet but ate sensibly wouldherbalife shapeworks capsules and tablets help with weight loss? Many Thanks Ann

yes the tablets will still work, will just be a slower weight loss, than with the shakes, the shakes give the nutrition and make it easy so you dont have to think about the food choices, I am running a weight loss challenge now and have a girl that is doing her own thing and uses some of the tablets and the shakes when she cant get good food(like at work) she has lost 30 lbs in 12 weeks, and looks great, I also have a girl that just used cell u loss and lost tremendous inches like from size 12 to 4 in 6 weeks that was dramatic but it hapens sometimes, also heard a story of girl using cell uloss and total control and losing 100 lbs in a year. so to answer your question YES they will help
