Windows delayed write failed?

Question

how do u resolve that problem? and why does it occur?

my notebook uses 1gb ddr2 ram, intelcore duo2 1.6ghz, 120gb hdd and 128 ati(dont know wot model graphics chip) just says ati raideon.
