Keep up the good work!! You've already lost over 50lbs... That's awesome! You really should try to get down to about 140 or so.... That's my target as well. Though, I haven't been trying that hard recently. But if you're slipping back into your old habits, you really should take a look at yourself and see how much you really have accomplished. It's never going to be easy, but if you stick with it, it will pay off in the long run. Don't ever give up!!! You can do it!

you have done a great job...just keep reminding yourself of that! I found out that it helps if you have a buddy to go walking with or to do weight watchers with -that way when you go through your ruff patches you have someone there to help you get through it.

also, if you have an old picture of yourself, post it on the fridge to remind you of where you came and the progress that you have made! good luck with everything. you've come so far, you are gonna reach your goal before you even know it!

Im assuming you want an honest answer, so here goes.....well, of course you are fat. In fact you are dangerously obese. You need to lose at least another 120lbs.

Dont like the honest answer, dont ask the question.
You want encouragement? How is this? You need to lose weight or YOU WILL DIE AT AN EARLY AGE. NO ONE WILL EVER WANT TO SIT BY YOU AT A MOVIE OR ON A PLANE. IF YOU EVER HAVE KIDS AND THEY WANT TO GO TO DISNEYLAND, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GO WITH THEM ON THE RIDES. how is that for encouragement?
Im actually trying to save your life here.

You are very brave to post this question so I will try and be as helpful as I can. Bravo to you for losing the previous weight...Im sure it was really tough. But you need to keep going and you need to exercise. Don't fall back into those bad habits, keep exercising and portion control yourself.
    Good luck

What exactly are you asking? If you're fat? Well I would not say fat, overweight is a better word. Do you exercise? Do you drink soda? Do you eat a lot of sweets? Just start exercising and stop eating unhealthy foods. Just by not drinking soda you can lose a few pounds.
I read that if you mix 2 teaspoons honey with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a cup of boiled water it helps with weight loss. Drink it 1/2 hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before bed. Haven't tried it though.
I also heard if you drink 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar everyday, it helps with weight loss also. But be sure you brush your teeth afterward because it's bad for your teeth.
I can also suggest eating a grapefruit everyday after dinner.
Hope I helped, and don't get discouraged, you can lose weight! Good luck!

5'2'' 246lbs is still overweight, but you have made progress from 300lbs. 54lbs is a lot for anyone to lose and you should be proud of that, just don't settle for it. You got into Weight Watchers because you realized you had a weight problem. You still have a weight problem, but now you know you can do something about it. Keep going until you are down to your ideal weight and you can maintain that weight.

Watch Rocky for motivation. Anytime I see him sprinting up those stairs I get pumped up and want to workout for a week straight.

You are obese. I would exercise daily (cardio!!!) and eat healthy. Do it NATURALLY! Don't starve yourself and don't go on a fad diet (weight watchers). You want a plan that you will be able to stick to for life!

Exercise: Run for 60 minutes each day. Then stretch out your body and do 100 crunches and 100 sit ups. The do some strength trainging. In between exercises play Dance Dance Revolution. It's fun, gets your heart pumping, and you can lose weight.

EDT: I sounded harsh with the whole obesity thing. Congrats on losing that much weight, but you must lose more. Think about your life of being obese. Do you want to die at a young age? No, of course not! Do you want to fit into a size 0 pants? Heck yeah! Just get to the gym as often as possible. Eat healthy. Get a subscription to Self and Shape magazine! Join the self challenge! (can be found at self.com) You will lose a ton of weight on that and keep it off! Shape magazine also has a ton of weight loss plans. Their current issue will show you how to get ready for summer in 4 weeks. Follow that plan and keep up with it! I wish you well on your plan to a better, healthier, and longer life.

EDT 2: Try to work up to 60 minutes. If you cannot run at all, walk at a fast pace. I am trying to HELP you, not make you feel bad or hurt yourself. I found a website that should help you. http://www.dietforum.com/ Try to search google on how to lose weight and keep it off. Ride your bike if you don't like to run or walk. If you have a dog play with him/her outside and go for nice long walks. Your dog will enjoy it and so won't you. Gather up a bunch of friends and try to go for walks. If you live near a lake then walk around it. I live 1 mile away from a lake and I go for a walk to the lake and back. Sometimes I run to the lake and back. SWIM! Who cares how you will look in a bathing suit? Swimming laps is great exercise. Good thing about it too is that you won't get overheated or sweat... you will be cooled by the water. Water arobics is another good exercise. Start slowly and work up to a higher intensity. Just remember, push yourself! You will only lose weight by pushing yourself!

EDT 3: Try tae bo! You feel a change in your body withing the first session! Good luck!

Diet: Replace coffee with green tea. It is healthier, fights off heart disease, decreases your chance of getting cancer, increases your metabolism, and helps you lose weight. Rid your house of junk food. You can still get your chocolate fix by eating the YoCrunch yogurts. They have yogurt with little candies or granola that you can put in it. I just had a YoCrunch vanilla yogurt with Nestle Crunch pieces in it. They are delicious and healthy. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eat fish and lean meats. Eat 28 almonds every day. Not only do they clear your complexion, but they also help lose weight. They are delicious too. Try looking online for some weight loss recipes.

Common sense. Anyone that short with that weight is likely to be obese. The exercises and dieting is common sense too.

That's nice that weight watchers worked enough for you, but it's time for you to find it in yourself to lose the rest of the weight. Sure, you can have the equipment, and all of the proper food items, but are you going to work out with it and follow a proper diet? Maybe you should try joining a gym next and get a personal trainer. That helps people sometimes because it helps them establish personal goals to stick to, plus, once you get in a routine to go to the gym, it sticks with you. If you can't afford it, schedule yourself for walks and place workout items where they're convenient (i.e. a threadmill in front of the tv, a stretching/workout mat right on your bedside). Do things for yourself and find your own reasons to stick to it. Obviously it'd be healthier for you to lose the weight, but it would make you feel better inside also. Don't get depressed, and slow down, switch your routines up and act, you've got a ways to your goal, but break it down and handle it that way.
