It has to be the Striped Bass.

I'm a Striped Bass. I'm swimming around in this lake. Look! There's something shiny! Hmmmm. It has plastic streamers on it.... it's attached to a line that leads up out of the lake.... it has eyes painted on it like nothing found in nature.... what are those? Oh, hooks. One, two, three... four triple hooks.... Yep! That's food!

The stupidest animal on the planet Earth would be the sheep. Although worms don not have a large brain, or practically none, a worm will still not follow what other worms do. Sheep will follow other sheep, and do the EXACT same thing they do. Examples could be the walking off a bridge, jumping into a fire, or jumping in front of a car. There actually has been reports of numerous sheep jumping in a busy street by the tens. Sheep indeed are the stupidest animal on the planet Earth.
