If your computer is slow, you have possible data corruption or track overlapping. At just 3 months, I find it hard to believe that it could be anything else other than a virus. Of course they can take it away. Step up and make those payments, keep your credit clean.

You can always do a system restore too, that will take your computer back to the day is was fresh out of the box.

you can ask dell by calling customer support but from the last sentence I wonder if you are just making such claims so you won't have to pay for it.

A 3 month old computer doesn't usually do that BUT, what model is your computer? If it is one of the compact dell pc's, they overheat alot.

Does your computer ever shut off by itself?

First of all, please use words that are part of the standard english language. Rong is not a word. Frezzing is not a word. I won't even touch on your punctuation. I'd recommend taking an A+ class if I was you. I think you'd learn something. Think you might also need a lesson in financial common sense.

Does your computer have all the RAM it needs to properly run programs? Not having enough can make your computer a little bit retarded. Windows XP requires 256K of RAM and Vista requires at least a Gigabyte of RAM.

Also, try defragmenting your computer to see if that doesn't help. If you're running Vista, I can't tell you how to do it, because I am not familliar with Vista-- I use XP. But, if your computer has XP, this is how you can reach your defragmenting program:

    Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Defragmenter

It might be the same for Vista, but I don't know. Try that and see if it doesn't speed things back up.

Also, try deleting your Internet Explorer Cache and any Cookies your computer might've picked up online.

If you don't pay on time it will affect your credit rating and they can take property against the debt. Try running anti-spyware scans as well as virus scans, you have obviously messed something up. If Dell look at it and find it is a virus or spyware problem, or some downloaded software causing the problem they will charge you for it, they are very expensive.

You need to do a disc scan and a defrag periodically. Usually when it's slows down that bad, it's time to do it.
