What is exactly the bitdownload?

Somebody please tell me what is exactly the BitDownload..it's a kind of torrent client or some spyware..

My instinct tell me it's a torrent client even it's confusing..

BitDownload is a brand new BitTorrent client that has been written for maximum performance but at the same time focusing on being user friendly and easy to use for everyone.

as far as i know it also installs spyware onto your pc. If you want to download torrents then use azureus
