What it exactly is. Where you can apply for a course. What sort of equipment you need. The costs. basically the who, what, where, why, when... :)

•Academic degree and certificate programs offered via the Internet - wide range of levels and in wide range of disciplines.
•May be supplemented by campus classes or orientations, or delivered completely online.
•Educational web sites can offer learning scenarios, worksheets and interactive exercises for children.
•In the business sector it generally refers to cost-effective online training
