Generally speaking, you may use "bluetooth" as a noun, thus it may need another verb. The verb will depend on the idea you want to convey, for example. "have bluetooth built-in", "need bluetooth installed", say in a passive construction.
However, as any techie word, this word has become much more flexible in use. I think it´s the same case as the word "e-mail". You could say: "I´ll write an e-mail" and "please e-mail me".
In the first case is a noun, in the second is a verb. Good luck
