Missing Codec?

I received a file and I am not able to view, the missing codec, seems to be something called ICM.Tscc any idea where can I get this specific file??? thanks.

goto search engine and type K-lite codecs full, download and install.

if you are connected to internet, the open it in your media player. the media player will automatically download the codec for you...
