Muslims 7:157 says the unlettered prophet is written in the Bible can someone tell me where I can find this?

7:157. "Those who follow the apostle, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper."

nas no contradictions have been found in the DSS contrary we found the book of Isaiah in tact and his prophesies of the coming of the Messiah, Who would be God in the Flesh and atone for the sin of his people. jesus in Luke does refer to these prophesies and claim them as the prophesies he must fufill.
how cna this be that Chrsit atones for sin according to the prophet Isiah and Christ does teach from Isaiah and we have a copy that predates Christ 250 BC...How can Christ be ina greement with scrpture that says he atrones for sin and does not clall this corrupt while Muslims say he did not atone for sin?

It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:

"And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned."

When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am not learned".

Asker's Comment:
While I absolutely agree that this is the prophet the Qu'ran refers to.....It is troubling that the Qu'ran choose a prophet that was spiritualy blinded by God to be prophesy for the coming of their prophet.
