Comics Fans! Which screen versions of comic book characters would you like to see in a movie together?

Freddy and Jason, the Aliens and the Predators. Classic match ups. Seeing how these icons manage share screen time together and make an exciting movie, I think its pass time for certain other comic book characters to do a movie together. From Marvel, it would be nice to see the X-Men and Spider Man in a movie together. From DC, it would be nice to see Superman and Batman in a movie and call it, oh, I don't know World's Finest (hint, hint). Better yet Marvel could do a series of movies showing such team-ups and call it Marvel Comics Presents. DC could do a series similar and call it The Brave and The Bold. Each would be based off the comics of the same name. Enough of me brainstorming out loud, what are your ideas for on-screen team-ups?

Daredevil vs Spiderman. Both extremely athletic and agile in fighting and both use special senses. The hulk vs the thing, an obvious brawn on brawn battle. They could tear up everything in their path for an hour and a half. 2 supergroups maybe x-men vs fantastic four and when they can't decide who wins then it boils down to a wet t-shirt danceoff between storm(halle berry) and Sue Richards(Jessica Alba). well, the most logical answer is justice league, the most likely, anyway. as a comic reader, i have to say i really liked some of the team-ups, especially the ones where each character is working for good, but have VERY different ways of going about it, like daredevil and punisher or spiderman and wolverine. i bet they'd make bank if they made a movie or two like that...

Well, for me RIGHT NOW, I would say I want to see the whole Civil War 7 issues on the big screen. It is the newest and I can say the best limited series out there, and if they can pull it off, it would be the greatest block buster ever.

The only movie that is really a feasable possibility at the time aside from a blockbuster Batman Superman team-up would be an Avengers movie! Iron Man is due out soon, Hulk is on his second film, Captain America and Thor are both in the works... there's 4 of the heaviest hitters from the roster right there that are ripe for the plucking! Heck, even Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four and Beast from the X-Men are reserve Avengers, we can have them make cameos...

Captain Marvel vs Superman would be cool. Also Congogrilla, Atom, Elongatedman, and Hourman, also in the marvel universe I would like to see Spidey and the Lizard team up

My obvious answer would probably be a meeting of Superman and Batman, but there has been so much of that done, in the cartoons with Justice league and the Justice League unlimited, not to forget the Batman and Superman toons.

What truly struck me as wonderful was the new Fantastic Four cartoons. The guest appearances were amazing with the first volume of the first season featuring the Incredible Hulk and the Ant-man.

When I was watching those toons I got to thinking that it would be great to see Spider-man and the FF meet in the toons, but when I read your question, I would better like to see it on film.

It would be amazing stuff and throw in Dr. Doom, Green Goblin and to really shake the earth an appearance of Galactus and his herald Silver Surfer.

If this is masterfully done, comic book fans, the world over including myself would be besides ourselves.

How's this one? The Dark Knight, Spidey, Daredevil, and The Fantastic Four kicking bad guy butt in New York City. And yeah, Marvel and DC can work together to make it happen. A New York Justice League? Hmmmmm,,,,,,,,

A movie based off of Kingdom Come would be sweet. It's got all the classic Justice League figures in it plus most of the best DC villains. It would need to be done in three or more movies just to fit it all in.

I'd like to see an adaptation of the midnight sons cross over series. that would have all kinds of potential. Although they might be better off making it an animated series like the did with the spawn franchize on HBO.

Well, Aliens & Predators was already done as a film. The films made so far are not horrible (thinking Daredevil here) but others are great (Superman films). Green Lantern perhaps as a comedy. Imagine little blue men and the Green Lantern Corps w/ Ben Stiller!

HELLO!!!! You people need to do some major back reading. The Infiniti Gauntlet/War series!!!!! In a major 3 part Lord of the Rings-ish epoch. That would be the Shizzle!!!!! If you don't know what i'm talking about, do some research. If you wanna go back further, think Secret Wars. I dont think they could ever afford to make any of these stories into movies, but I can dream.

Since so many have named the obvious, "Superman & The Batman" I'm going to go completly outside the box and say a meeting between The Batman & Jack Bauer ( even though he's technically not a comic book character. ) But that's the whole idea of thinking outside the box.

well as a LONNNNNGGGG time reader of comics (48 now) and growing up lovin spidey since i was 9 mmmmm that would make it 39 years, there is only one movie that i would just love to 2 see that i would love to see, Spidey & Wolverie or Spidey & The Human Torch, whenever spidey get with either one of those two I have always just laugh my butt off with the humor spidey always deliver in them. I think either one will be just great for the action & the humor they would bring.

Wolverine solo! Add in some muts from the Weapon X team and roll right in to the Alpha Flight days. Here is an idea. Team up with the newly formed WWE movie production and get some of them juiced up sports entertainers to fill in the rolls. Chris Benoit as Wolverine, HHH as Sabertooth, Torrie as the White Witch and Lance storm as James Hudson just to get started...

All the combos everyone is coming up with sound great, but the big problem with all of these is that certain film studios own the rights to certain characters. The only ones that could probably happen is like Superman and Batman or the Justice League, since they are all owned by Warner Brothers.

If it was not for all that legal mumbo-jumbo, I would really like to see the new Fantastic Four which was Spiderman, Wolverine, Hulk and Ghost Rider.

The Dark Knight and The Man of Steel would be the best superhero movie ever. But there should be a movie for the rest of the Justice League before they start teaming up. Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman, Hawk Girl, Martian Manhunter and Green Arrow

A Spider-man X-Men crossover movie would be wonderful. They have met several times in comics over the years and seems to be a natural movie, if the studios could agree to co-produce one together.

Fantastic Four and Spider-man!!! We already have the movies out there and the effects would go ablaze on the big screen combo! Think about the crazy Human Torch- Peter Parker relationship that'll always be love-hate...then you got Reed Richards fatherlike qualities towards Peter's scientific mind that'll blend like it was supposed to happen....Throw in Dr. Doom and the Kingpin as dual baddies and you got a great film with much potential story!!!

From DC, I'd have to go with a darker movie....I'd love to see the Sand-Man series in movie form. From Marvel, a movie with Hawkeye - Black Widow or The Inhumans would be nasty cool.
