Discoloration on my hawaiian schefflera leaves?

I adopted a newly sprouted Hawaiian Schefflera. I keep watered regularly and "mist" it. I always empty the saucer after the water drains through to prevent root rot. I also repotted it to give it more room and provide it with soil that "feeds". However, a few leaves look discolored and slightly dried out. I keep it in an eastern window seal where it gets anywhere from 12 to 14 hours of sun. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you doing everthing right! All plants lose leaves/or have discolored ones periodically. If it gets worse try a little less full sun. A rule of thumb is that the lighter the leaves, the less sun tolerant a plant usually is.

Thanks! That makes me feel better about my plants leaves. I moved it to a southern window so that it gets a little less light, but still an adequate amount!
