Having difficulties finding a pet carrier that my cat can be comfy in but still fit under airplane seats. HELP

I have a couple of carriers that they are comfortable in, but they are too big to fit under the seat...have two cats...need two carriers...one cat is 12 lbs and the other is close to 15 lbs...does anybody know of a carrier that would be big enough for each cat but still small enough to fit under the seat?? the ones I have now are 20L x 13H x 13W...

THANKS A MILLION!!!!

Here is a very inexpensive Sherpa bag at least you will know it is airline approved

You might also look into the DryFur carrier pad so if your cat does have accident you are not leaking on the plane can be very embarrassing and not good for kitty eithe

Thanks! That looks like it might work...hopefully I can find something very similar at a pet store...so I can make for certain that it will be big enough. :-)

Airlines won't let you use a "hard" crate if you are going to be putting it under your seat, what they usually give you is a collapsable carrier, it's made of material, is sturdy but plyable enough to push under a seat. It looks like a big bag cept with mesh on it. Call your airline and find out the dimensions and what they would recommend, they usually are more than happy to help you, because nothing is worse than arriving at the airport and they tell you that you cannot board with the crate you are using. It happened to us and we had a dog, they tried to put her in a collapsable crate but she was just too big. I've attached a link with an example.

    Good Luck

Samsonite makes a top-closing soft carrier...
They are so much easier to get kitty in and out...
