What color shingle would look good on an orange brick home?

Our house has black shingles and shutters. We are about to redo the shingles and are wondering if another color would look better. We would then paint shutters to match.

I would think tan or light brown. Orange and red are warm colors and the brown would tie in. I hate that I would know that, but I've been married too many years not to know.

i think i would stick with the black. i'm sure it looked nice before and will again when it's redone.
