Herbalife and/or Shapeworks participants.............I am trying this new program........?
It consists of a 2-scoop cookies and cream powder, 1 scoop of lowfat yogurt, and one scoop dried oatmeal combined with 8 oz. of water. But before I drink this, I must drink one "cap" of aloe vera with whatever water, and after that 8 ounces of (HOT)water w/ 1/4 teaspoon of herbal tea (I have to drink this as hot as I can). Is this even a program? I have to take this for breakfast, and than have a "strong" lunch. The reason I ask is because I see lots of people, drinking this routine 2x a day, or I see people adding total control pills, or other protein shake. I dont get it, whats the best program and is mine even a program. My coach says that a group of women meet at her house every a.m. to drink the routine I just mentioned. i dont think i'm doing this right. HELP!
