by fogging early in the morning or late afternoon.cleaning the surrounding of the mango tree.
Spray every three to four days interval after fruit setting with the following chemicals penant, sevin 85's, malathion, mancozeb, super gro foliar fertilizer, cartap hydrocloride.

I believe you can use chemical (pesticide) control and/or IPM methods. Bagging and pruning is always an option. Since I do not live in a region where mangos grow, I am pretty much guessing that management would be much like IPM management for any friut fly on any fruit. Hope you get a better answer than this!
