Plants are getting to tall to fast and bending in half.?

my seedlings are getting tall to fast and bending in half, how do i make the stem thicker.

ive seen plants tied around a stick stuck into the soil. maybe that wll work till they're strong enough on their own.

Personally I've never had this problem, but maybe I can offer some help.
Are you currantly feeding your plants any type of plant food? It may be the wrong type, or you may be giving them too much or too little.
For the problem of plants bending over, I would try tying a thick stick to the stem or something to prop it up for a while until the stem becomes thicker.

It sounds like your plants are reaching for light. If they are in a window, turn them every day. Placing them under lights will also help straighten them out.

your seedlings are not getting enough light. unfortunately there is nothing you can do once it happens.
