What kind of cipher did the Zodiac killer use?

In light of the new movie coming out, I started researching the Zodiac killer. I see that only one of his ciphers was decoded. What method was used to decode it? Can someone post a link to where I can read about how it was cracked?

i have no answer for you on this b/c i am wanting the same thing....but FYI.....there are 3 ciphers that have been cracked...thanks!
