What small and easily hidden household items could I use to weigh myself down... And how much do these things?

Those exercise sandbags they sell to wrap around your legs when you work out, about 5 or 10 pounds I suppose.

    Flour, sugar, common food things can add weight, and as they are common, they aren't exactly suspicious, and all of these items are cheap. They aren't easily concealed though.
    The balls in old computer mice are rather heavy and have a lead centre.. these could be useful.
    Hammers are always rather heavy.. and are common household items.. though I don't exactly see how they can be concealed.
    Rocks!!! Little outdoor rocks and such are very easily hidden.. and can build up quite a bit of weight. Rocks can be a rather dirty alternative though.
