Is there a website where my friend from Ukraine can send free sms messages to my cell?

there is a website where I can send her messages, so I'm thinking there has to be one where she can send me sms as well.

to receive messages, your friend should go to your cell provider website and use their messaging feature.
as for you, you go to her provider website and send sms to her phone. Simple :)

there is a site called textfreaks.com and they can text you but you can't reply or if she has yahoo messanger or aim or something like that she can send you a text message by adding you as a contack and puting your phone numer and then you guys can like chat with your phone and her messanger
