Are ''Heelies'' prohibited in the 501 District?

Ok...I have searched and searched and I could not find a District policy that prohibited heelies, per se; however, some of the individual campuses do have policies that do prohibit heelies...
riding bicycles, scooters, roller blades, skate­boards and other similar devices on school grounds.
The Handbook goes on to state that such item can be a dangerous practice, therefore a "no-riding policy" is enforced during normal school hours.
