Any of a group of peptide hormones that bind to opiate receptors and are found mainly in the brain. Endorphins reduce the sensation of pain and affect emotions.

Basically its made by the brain and makes you happy and full of well being and its comes through exercise mostly.

Endorphins are proteins that are secreted by the brain and that react positively to rid the body of acid caused by stress.
