Djmantx, I as a sincere Muslim, has read some parts of the Gospel of Barnabas. I really can't tell you what I think about its authenticity...but if there is a book that says Jesus isn't the Messiah, then I totally refuse this book; since it contradicts the Koran. The Gospel of Barnabas may have been altered by humans such as the Old Testament and the New Testament.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) told us: "Do not trust the people of the Bible (ie Jews and Christians) nor declare them liars."
We must not trust them because their books have been altered and their religious hierarchy has always been corrupt, while the normal Christians and Jews were very ignorant about their faiths and did not even speak the language of the Bible. Also, we should not declare them liars, because the Bible was a heavenly book but was corrupted due to many alterations; therefore many of its words could be correct. Remember that even though it may be apparent that some phrases of the Koran and the Bible may contradict each other, they may turn out to be complementary after all. Nevertheless, we as Muslims follow the Koran and the authentic sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). As a Sunni (Ash'ari or Maturidi), I follow authentic sayings of the Prophet (PBUH) mentioned in Sahih Bukhari, muslim, Al Nasa'i, Ibn Hibban, Al Tabarani, Al Hakim, Ibn Majah, Al Tirmidhi, Ibn Hanbal,...etc..I do not need the Bible to guide me; especially that Muhammad's message is the final one. There are myriads of proof regarding the authenticity of the Koran and the true status of Muhammad (PBUH) being Allah's last messenger.
Anyhow, I think your method of discussion is very erroneous. You're trying to challenge the authenticity of the Koran and the prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH); which is impossible for you to do. Besides, no Muslim is ready to listen to you.
I would suggest that you should start speaking to Muslims about what Christianity says about the Absolute Ultimate One Infinite Limitless Transdescent Omnipotent Omnipresent Almighty Creator and what are His Ever-Glorious Attributes. You may start debating with us about Allah's attribute of Power, and whether it is befitting to describe the Creator as being able to create Himself or not...or whether He is able to kill Himself or not...or whether He is able to change His Ever-Glorious Attributes or not...whether some of His Attributes are to vanish or not...or whether He could create another God; greater or equal or inferior to Him or not...etc. This is what Muslims shall be ready to argue with you about, because if you could prove that, then you could prove the possibility of the Creator changing Himself or incarnating Himself in the form of Jesus son Mary (PBUH), that was first an embryo, then a newborn baby, then a child, then a boy, then a youth...who ate, drank, went to the bathroom, knew of things while he was ignorant of many things, how he had a mother, grandparents,...etc
Again, you could discuss with Muslims basic theological issues; such as whether it is possible for the One God to be divisible, or if His Oneness is Absolute,...etc...in order to prove or disprove the trinity.
If you're able to discuss Muslims in such matters...then the discussions will be really enthusiatic. But what you're doing is that you're trying to cite phrases in the Koran with the belief that you've caught errors in the Koran. You remind me of many Christians and Jews who did that to each other; with the result that each of them became more and more stubborn in their beliefs.
Well...I'm waiting for a new style of questions that you'll give us and that will encourage us and enthusist us to respond to your questuions much more eagerly!

- I find you to be a thinking man yet trapped within the teachings of a false prophet..as you yourself admit you have no use for the Bible and the prophets as you have the last prophet and the last word. This proves that meaningful dialog with a Muslim consist only with a truth not revealed until 600
