How is Jehovah M'Kaddesh written in hebrew?

I really like the name of God Jehovah M'Kaddesh, which means "God, the One who sanctifies me."

I really would like to know how this is written in the Hebrew language. I found an article on wikipedia that shows the written representation for "Jehovah" (or YHWH/Yaweh, if you will) that can be viewed here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jehovah

and also (related) for the Tetragrammaton (which is is the usual reference to the Hebrew name for God) which can be viewed here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetragrammaton

Both of these sources provide a decent amount of information, but nothing substantial enough to answer my question: How is (or would) Jehovah M'Kaddesh be written in Hebrew?

Thanks!

Would've liked more detail, but since Yotg is a Hebrew Speaker and it matches up with other research I've done:

Ex 31:13 found here: http://www.mechon-mamre.org/p/pt/pt0231.…

Lev. 20:8 found here: http://www.mechon-mamre.org/p/pt/pt0320.…

This answers my question.

Thanks!
