Builders have erected scaffold at the house next door now we cant recieve didgital tv?

by law can we make them alter it or remove it has it has been up for 2 weeks without any work being done yet

just ask politely for them to take down a section of scaffold so your receiver has a clear line of site.

and the answer is no,usually your neighbor is not obligated by law to let you have a clear view of any thing. this includes satalites. there are some exceptions for solar heating and power generation.

the world is a terribly difficult place for some people.
move your dish. put it on a pole so it can see the sattelite.
if you cant do it yourself call your service provider.

Get in touch with the television licensing authority (address on your licence) they have a procedure for this sort of thing.

sorry if the scaffolding is up to safety measures there is nothing you can do about it. Find something else to do with your time. Maybe yu can notify your satellite company and cancell your bill untill the scaffolding is down. I will tell you this if i was your neighbor and you made a big issue of it ide be a oinker about it and i would make sure that i would errect something permantly to interupt your signal.
