how do i plant tulips or bulbs in a frost free zone?is there any tulips that can be plant in a tropical zone?

If you chill the bulbs in your refrigerator for 8-12 weeks and then plant, you may get satisfactory results. The bulbs will not flower the next year because bulbs need a chilling period in order to complete their life cycle.
