You might want to check with your local public library. They will know the information you need for that particular item. What is "ephedrine" anyways? And why is it illegal?

Don't do it. Smuggling a controlled substance into the country is considered a felony.

Not to mention the fact that ephedra and its derivatives can cause heart failure, strokes, and are hard on your internal organs. There are other exercise supplements that are safer. Don't risk your long term health for a short term gain.

You can still buy pseudoephedrine(Sudafed), you just have to buy it from the pharmacist with a photo ID, and can only buy 1 month's supply once a month.
