Companies who sell and build log home kits?

Question

Does anyone know of any companies that sell AND build log home kits in the south east? I have found companies who sell the kit but they don't build they only provide the kit. Also does anyone know roughly how much one costs from start to finish(3bdr2bath)?

I recently answered a similar Q, and I'll say the same to you. I live in FL and certainly there are KIT companies all over the country.

I think if I was looking, I'd look first in WWW general search, browser, keywords, then focus on thos companies that offer shipping as well as possible sub crews, or links they have to sub crews, local to you.

Construction costs in the South are a wee bit better than other places, such as California, but in a general sense you can expect to pay $100 to $300 per sq. ft.

If you have to choose your own contractors please go for the best, with good references you can check, as well as a company in business for a substantial amount of time.
