Homemade christmas photo gifts, things that have to do with photos??

I'm looking for ideas for homemade presents using photos, my brother has a lot of travel photos and I need some ideas for presents! I'm on a pretty tight budget too, any help would be great!

Make a collage using a photo/paint program, then print to transfer paper and make a pillow cover or place mat. Or copy the photos on a b/w copier (reducing as needed), then use the copies as decoupage on a frame...then put his favorite picture in the frame.

Have you thought of making a scrapbook album. Its all the craze and you could download backing papers and print off from the internet.

You could make a calendar with the photos. Or you could use clear sticky back plastic and use it as wrapping paper.
