How do bed bug bites differ, specifically, from mosquito bites?

Do they puff up and turn white if you scratch em?
What do they look like at different stages (right after, one day, two, etc.)?

Bed bug bites are more irritating than mosquito bites. They are usually on the legs and follow the vein. So you will see the bites in a line along a vein.
